i have heard many speakers speaking tat govt is not doing this and tat...... r they following wat govt laid do they know tat they is a rule in india not to cut trees , not to spit on roads .... and there is fine for all these . r these rules working ?if not wat can be done to make i work? population cant make it hard to make it work because China is more populated than us.

Road rules are followed in India just on the paper, not on the roads, Instead they know if they break the rules they can offer bribe to the traffic police and escape from any legal action.

It took centuries for the European governments to be as powerful and respected as they are. China too has a very long tradition of a powerful, controlling government. In India the tradition is to have a decentralized government. That means it will take a while for people to actually start taking the government and its rules seriously.

Some times yes and sometimes absolutely no. There is not a real union of republicans. There are unions/parties for only doing misconduct and for protecting such peoples. A comman man is not interseted to work for our republic India.
