Well i think that in Spain, Rea Madridl vs Barca is a contender as well as Milan vs Inter in Italy.
In the country section i would definately rate Croatia vs Serbia as the biggest rivalry, and Argentina vs Brazil as a close second, Germany vs England is also a huge rivalry

I have two of the best rivalries that I have witness in my lifetime:
The first is Real Betis v Sevilla. That is one of the craziest matches that one can watch. The Second is Boca Juniors v River Plate. People are just nutz over this one. Did you hear about the young kid that went into the Tattoo palor asking for a Boca tat. Unfortunately for him, the artist was a River Plate fan. You can guess what happened. An honorable mention & many of you will laugh at me, is San Jose v Los Angeles. I have seen some great matches in that rivalry, but unfortunately it won't happen again, cause the MLS is a mickey mouse league :<

In England -- Man Utd and Liverpool (sorry for Chelsea and Arsenal fans, you can't get a rivalry bigger than the two reds)
In Scotland -- Celtic and Rangers
In Spain -- Real Madrid and Barcelona
In Italy -- Juve and AC Milan
For countries

Rangers v Celtic. No argument. Farsa v Real Mandril doesn't even come close. Betis v Sevilla is the closest a Spanish match gets to the Old Firm.
At country level? Scotland v England.

country would have to be Croatia Vs Bosnia as they stopped the 2 countries playing each other in front of crowds because there were so many people being killed before ,during & after the game, & there is a long history of war between the 2 countries.Clubs doesn't matter because everyone hates anyone that is not wearing the same jersey as them!!!!!
