If you are only using it for word processing and general office and surfing the net it is fine. Just be shure that it has at least 256mb ram 512mb is even better, but there is no need for the extra just for surfing the net and word processing.I still use an old 500mhz processor with 128mb ram for word processing and surfing the web. You only need the extra power for games and high end graphics

depends what u wanna do on the computer if just surfin net n word work then that fine if wanna play games then around 2Ghz is better but also depends on how much memory(ram) ur computer has :)

Hi.....i think it is too abd for a computer.your procesor is very low.
change it by intell full cach 3mb cach 3000 Mhz .it is very very fast for your computer ok?

Well you know.I live in India and 2.4GHz is pretty common out here.If you feel that you don't really use it much and only need it for common home use, its fine.
