i have a huge problem, i can't expres myself face to face to my friends or my gf. i can only be me in the sms's i send or e-mails . what can i do to overcome this problem?

hi mate i had the some problem. why can't you express yourself but there is a way you can start by talking to your gf alone start from there and move up to two then three you will see you will get uses to to talking in a group
