University of the Philippines has produced good graduates who have excelled in the field of communication.
Polytechnic University of the Philippines is also good in rearing mass communication graduates.

There are several Universities who offer great Mass Communication Programs: De La Salle University has a general Radio, TV and Film Course and also specialy media courses... Ateneo also has an adequate program, I'm told.

You can enroll at the Philippine University or Ateno University.

If you can get admitted, go to UP. The admission requirements are pretty steep, though.

If you can afford it, try Miriam College or Ateneo.
