A person prays for God to save them in time of danger after the danger has finished God is ignored as God in their opinion is no longer needed until next time.

It is an observation of human nature that people tend to become falsely 'religious' crying out to a god and praying devoutly when they are faced with difficult times and situations and promptly return to their mundane vices and stop being concerned with spiritual things as soon as they are once again comfortable in life.

When you are into some problem we pray god with full heart and soul and once you are out of it your problem solved then god is forgotten totally
