Yep. Congrats, my little guy was born 12/16. I guess he decided to come early (by 5 weeks) so that we could claim him. That or he wanted to see Christmas.

yes, as long as she was born before 1250pm on 12/31/06 you can claim her.

Yep you are very lucky to be able to claim her. But since she was born before 01/01/07 then yes you can claim her on your taxes.
