Well apart from quoting the Data Protection Act, if you do have personal contact with this popstar mention this to him, then if she finds out his address from alternative sources, she cannot claim you passed it to her. Maybe you could have her removed from the fan club if she persists.......I'd definetly bring the matter up with the star or his representatives, she may have a history of harrassment you don't know about

Many things come to mind. Stop asking or I'll inform the police you are a stalker. If you ask me again, I'll take out a restraining order. Leave me alone, you psycho hose beast....many ways. If you said no more than once, this person is an insensitive idiot. Telling her nicely will not do. Send her away in no uncertain terms and let he know that you will not tolerate this behavior. You got to be harsh with some people. This sounds like one of them. Good luck with all this.

If you could ask or say anything to Rudolphus Lestrange, what would it be? *STUPIFY* Pretending you're a muggle. (yes I know quite a stretch of the imagination :P) What would you do, if you fell in love with someone that turned out to be a witch or a wizard? Would you stay with them, or would you run? I would stay. Would you rather play Chess with Severus Snape or Albus Dumledore, Why? Would you win or lose.? :P I'd play with Snape. Because he's just cool like that. I'd lose, but who cares. If you got a brown Bertie Bot Every Flavor Bean, what are three possible flavors it could be? Uhhh. Soil, Feces, and Chocolate. Would you rather, be locked up in a room with 50 vipers or, must my precious Nagini? :P ARRGGHHHH! 50 vipers. Nagini can squeeze me to death.

If all she's doing is asking for an address, then there's not much you can do from a legal point of view apart from just ingoring her. If she starts to show signs of being threatening to either you or the star in question, then get the police involved.

I think I've answered this question before...anyway...ignore her, if that doesn't work...tell her, in writing, that you cannot divulge that information and that she must stop requesting it. If she is a member of this fan club explain her membership will be revoked and if she continues to ask it will be considered harassment and threaten legal action...(hopefully, it won't have to go that far...) Legal options: cease and desist letters from a lawyer, restraining order...

I'm not sure if you should be running a fan club if you can't deal with fanatics. You'll always get people who want to go too far. Tell them you are not here to give out personal information and if she insists ban and ignore her

Tell her that it is against the rules, and if necessary you will eject her frm the club and not answer any phone calls or letters of hers again. Say it sternly.
