In this question it is proved that government employee's are not committing crime by taking bribe, as far as giving bribe by the person is concerned is cought is to be proved by the anti-corruption people provided they are not corrupt, so the display board in the government office does not releflect the correct meaning of the corruption as a crime.

Because they says that taking is crime then no need to display on board . They wants to say that they are not taking bribe but people are forcing to take bribe.

Why Cigaretes display a mandatory slogan that smoking is injurious to Health , Despite the same being sold. This is same as that Analogy.

Because anyone with "correct thinking" would simply KNOW that the people working in such a place would NEVER be party to such illegal activity--- But we heathens in the general public must be constantly Lorded over to insure that we know that we are not trusted at all and that Big Brother is constantly watching us for that "out of place move" that needs "correcting" !!

because the officer dont want to forget the word, because they cant leave without bribe.
Example: humanbeing have photo generaly wife, son, daughter , girlfriend or god because he like them very much and cant leave without remember them.
there is no any type of photo of bribe in the world so currepted people write on a letter of their best thing and the want to tell us their charrector about the above word "Bribe"
