Why is it when I download videos, and watch them in Windows Media Player 11, I cannot skip to where I want to watch? Instead I have sit and watch the whole 2hrs of a video. Is there any software I can use so I will be able to skip parts of the video? The file format is Windows Media Video.

No . . . just wait for the 'entire' video to doenload then you can skip to any section you like. In fact, there should be a copy of it in your temporary internet files folder.

A downloaded videos don't come with titles like on a dvd . You can drag the cursor to a specific part and should play from there . Also try the player below VLC.. it's free !

It's quite a good idea to download some funny stuffs, and enjoy them on your Windows Media Player.
