In the context of working, business can mean selling products or providing services to earn money. For example, I sell clothes or providing law consultation, that means I run a business.
But in general, speaking in English, when you hear someone says 'that's not my business', then 'business' here means concerns - that's not my concerns.

Life is a business. Big business are industries. Manufacturing. Trade and commerce. dept. stores., malls, entreprenuer; snack bar.etc.
