(1) Be rude to everyone who talks to you, (2) Walk around town in clown shoes, a wizards hat, and a dog costume, (3) Get into random peoples business and be really annoying.

Some people don't even have to be paid to be rude to everyone, or get into peoples business, and be annoying. That's just their personality.
As for me. NO
I might walk around in clown shoes, a wizard hat, and dog costume. That's only making me look silly, and it would be worth $500. But you couldn't pay me to be ugly to people all day, or annoying. I'll pass.

(1) How rude? I wouldn't curse at everyone or point out cruel things about their appearance. But I'd call people smelly... or tell a fat person they were skinny maybe. Or tell a barefoot person that their shoes were ugly.
(2) I'd totally do that... no problem.
(3) How annoying? Just standing around in that crazy outfit would be annoying... I'd do that.
Anyway, it all depends.

I couldn't be rude to everyone who spoke to me...I don't mind walking around in a costume and I don't think I could go out of my way to be annoying to people I know let alone people I don't know. So no, would do it.
