anyone know how to fish tire out of sylvane lake?

You dont fish out of sylvan lake, you can only see her 3 times a day. Usually its random. But I think I have one, if oyu give me your username ill send it to you..

The tire cannot be fished out of the lake. We asked this question of General Mills and got an e-mail in response saying it cannot be removed from the lake.
