Of these two I'd say Ruth's Chris', but actually Morton's in San Francisco wins hands down.

Never heard of Spencer's. Ruths Chris is good. But Cole's Chop House is very very good.

Sorry - everyone else is wrong... It is Izzy's Steak House in the Marina. Honestly the best Steak next to Harris Ranch on Hwy. 5.
