Are there any sites that sell for you or how easy is it to set up your own?

Hi, why not try Tazbar - it costs nothing to list (no sale no fee) on this site & I've heard that they are having a tv advertising campaign this February:

Or using Freewebs.com you could set up a shop & arrange to receive payments by Paypal. This is really easy to do. I've recently set up a free webpage with Freewebs & have tried out the shop bit - essentially, you just decide on a price & then add a Paypal button & a view cart button.
Why not have a go - again this is free.

Once you'd got your shop up & running then you could submit details of the things that you have for sale to Froogle.
There should be all the advice that you need on the Froogle pages:

eCrater.com also offers you the chance to have a free shop. Again really easy to set up.

I would be more apt to by a charm bracelet at an art fair or in the park or somewhere someone has a decent looking stand set up than on the internet.

It's not easy to make any money selling handmade items as people rarely want to pay enough for them to make it worth your while. A better option than Internet sales (which requires that you maintain a web-site, manage on line payments etc) is to take samples of your work to local independent jewellers and fashion shops and either sell direct to them or sell you items in their shop and allow them to take commission on each item sold.
