what happens if u get urgent all the time and when u pee its painful? theres also adominal pain..pls advise.

Sounds like a trademark bladder infection. Your GP will prescribe something and it will clear up immediately. Cranberry juice is a very good preventative. 1 glass a day keeps the bacteria away..

You should get tested for bladder infections, but if you are experiencing urgency ALL of the time you should be refered to a urologist. Urgency and pain is also a symptom of interstitial cystitis. (google that and check your symptoms against it).
After infections are ruled out, there is a simple test that can be done in a urologist's office to give them an indication if you have IC or not.

I agree with the others, this sounds a lot like a bladder infection. Pls get in touch with your dr to have them check this out. Feel better soon.

I had them symptons last week, went to the doctor had a urine sample took and tested, turns out there was a infection was put on trimethoprim for 3 days, and now im back to normal.
Go see your doc asap

it is an infection. it could be just an infection itself but the infection could be a symptom of another underlying condition like kidney stones, etc... you'll need some diagnostic tests like urinalysis for the doc to know what's causing the infection in order to prescribe you with the appropriate antibiotic, and if he/she suspects kidney stones based on your history then he might order a pelvic UTZ. the sooner you get checked, the sooner you'll treatment and the earlier the better. :-)
