you might want to ask the help of some good women lawyers like the one nicole (subic rape victim) has now -katrina legarda or better yet ask some Non-governmental organizations who are geared towards improving the situation of women,we have GABRIELA. at present they are being represented by Liza Masa in congress.

This is what I don't like about the Philippines. They show the whole world how an American raped a filipina which is probably false due to political reasons but they don't do anything about their internal rape cases which is 10 times worst than the Daniel smith case. Dirty, nasty, corruption that smell like sh#t. This world need to come to an end because of the injustice and unfair treatment of the less fortunate and the innocent.

I feel sorry for your niece.
What you need to do is write to the Human rights commission which every country does have.
You also meet the media guys and keep the issue alive.
You cannot fight men with money by force or coersion.
You need to fight intelligently and this is by keeping the issue alive till the three men are punished.

Just find your local hit man.
Give him a bottle of whiskey and tell him to kill the guys who raped your niece. That is Philippine justice. Don't depend on the law, it will not work for you. You're too poor and they're too rich.

Try help from investigative media: (radio or tv) Tulfo, mike enriquez...might be able to help you out or at least refer you to a reliable attorney.
