This is because the sun attracts our earth and the centripetal force (in easy words)
makes our earth to like a object which likes to go in the outer space these two big forces nearly cancel the effect of each other and our earth revolves around the sun by both of the pulls of these forces

Movement is caused by force, but that isn't the question. Why? Gravity is assited by movement as well as weather and temperature. Life could not exist on a motionless earth. Your ability to walk is because the earth is revolving!

It move because the great spirit of the Yeti causes it to.we don't rightly know really.no actually when everything was made by the big bang,Yes their was this huge major explosion and material moved away from that explosion.and then the energy of it all spiraled into itself making a circle then things just kept moving because nothing is here to slow it down so it just keeps on spinning around the sun.
