Answers:
1. Definitely, we can tell quite easily when we release seminal fluid, we thrash around and yell and get really excited. It is our primary function in life! As to releasing "sperm" sperm cells are continually produced and stored in our sexual apparatus, and mixed with the seminal fluid for ejaculation. Only 2 to 5% of the fluid is sperm cells.
2. Male lubricant, that clear sticky, syrupy fluid known as pre-ejaculate, does contain some sperm cells. Not a lot, but it only takes one to fertilize a ready female's egg. Never have sex without a condom on the penetrating penis--can't tell by your question if you are a girl or boy, but either way, always insist on a condom. 3 minutes of fun ain't worth the outcome of pregnancy and parenthood.

Sperm are those tiny seeds that fertilize a woman's egg produced by the testes (balls). The fluid, called semen, is produced by the prostate gland. They work together without any conscience thought. Semen will always contain sperm. A drop of semen will contain thousands of sperm. That is the way the human body works. If you engage in vaginal intercourse, the semen that carries the sperm will try to fertilize the woman's egg if it is ready. People who do not want to create a child practice "safe" sex. This can be done by birth control pills, a condom, or a diaphram.

There are no stupid questions. Hope this helps

yes, the male bulbourethral gland releases lubricating and neutralizing fluid prior to ejaculation. this fluid contains an alarming amount of sperm, which isthe reason for the high failure rate of the withdrawal method of birth control.

Not a stupid question. Use condoms, period. Yes, she can get pregnant, even if you pull out before ejaculation. There are constantly fluids flowing, and sperm could be present.

Lubrication contains sperm.
Yes we know when we let the boys loose, sometimes we can tell when we let a little lube out. I think everyone involved knows when we let the boys out.

unless he's asleep, a man will always know when he's throwing his load.
the lubrication juice usually contains a few sperms but there's no internal sensation about that.
