according to jkr's words, harry and hermione is not an option. on the other hand, hermione and ron is highly expected. besides, at the 6th book, they kinda start being more closely to each other, they hug and cry together..i think its the start of a relationship

in turth i read the four book and they go trougth a bumby crush and then ron and herimone get together and harry hears them figth and so they still all have a bondig friendship
