Any software which will separate music and vocals from a audio song?

Basically the answer is no.
There is software that attempts to do it, but usually with very poor results. With older songs (pre CD era) there were some times moderately successful results at reducing the vocal sound level, but not eliminating it. Those were usually songs from the era when record covers had bold labels on them saying "Hi-Fi Stereo", since a lot of mono records were still being sold. This is because they tended to keep the vocals in exact center stage & exaggerated the music separation in the left & right channels.
The hardware & software tries to eliminate the center channel by muting the signals that match in both the left & right channels.
Since the vinyl record market is now mostly audiophiles & DJs, a lot of the songs are released on 12" singles with the instrumental version on the B side. This is because DJs buy two copies & use the A side & B side to mix the song.
So your best bet if this something you plan on wanting a lot of, is to either buy records, or go to DJ sites & look for the CD singles, or WAV files that have the instrumental version of the songs you are looking for.

Nope....
There used to be a piece of hardware that extracted vocals and left just the music, called the Thompson Vocal Eliminator, but that was years ago and it was quite expensive (and still only worked so-so).
Look for karaoke versions...
