Missing ref. to "Cookies" under C drive?

Missing ref. to "Cookies" under C drive?

After a computer crash and hard disk replacement I now observe a change under Windows Explorer -
C Drive/Docs&Settings/(myname)/......
following this string there is no reference to "Cookies". This ref. existed before the crash. How can I reinstate this reference back on screen?

Search for *.txt * you will see abunch of junk, cookies.txt will also come up, look at the path they are in, and place them were you want them appear at.
