Wanting to lose my slight beer gut for my wedding in 16months time. Is there any good websites with diet and fitness/exercise planners?

What you really need to do is put on your running shoes and get moving. Knock the beer on the head or substitute it for another drink. No carbs after 6pm (carbs turn to sugar if not burned off).
Watch your calorie intake, you're obviously consuming too many calories. If you consume more calories than you burn off, you'll put on weight.
You have an amazing amount of time to get in shape - BUT you must start NOW! Start a cardio programme, running, cross trainer exerciser, rowing machine etc. Then you can also tone with abs exercises and weights. Get down to the gym.
They say if you go to the gym regularly for 6 months, it becomes a lifestyle. Get yourself a temporary personal trainer to show you the ropes and then get on with it. You'll feel so much better in yourself.
So....sign of from your computer NOW....put on your running shoes and get moving.......!!!!!!

BTW...if you don't start now when will you???? it'll soon be such a struggle to turn your life around. And don't you want to be a fit Dad to play with you kids if you choose to have them?

Start walking. Easiest way to start getting in shape, make yourself walk a mile a day, each week work it up another mile until you are doing five miles a day. Your legs have your biggest muscles, and fat burners. Once you have been walking a few weeks, which also increases your overall stamina, then start doing some abdominal exercises to tighten up the gut as the belly fat burns off. Of course, control your eating, focus on protein and avoid carbohydrates as much as possible..

go to the gym-it workes for me
i am toning up quite a bit-but if i have been unable tyo go to the gym for a few weeks i loose it, so u ned to go weekly but in ur case probs 2 to 3 times a week.
stop drinking beer!!

also cycling is really good for ur tummy, legs and bum
