I bought some coconut oil a little while ago. I dont have time to wash dry and style my hair - can I just use some coconut oil like I would with hair grease, just to moisturize right now?

My grandmother would use coconut oil in my hair as a child. It is a great conditioner. My hair was very shiny and soft. I wish I had continued to use it. However, I do suggest washing it every other day if you are going to apply it.

They sell scented coconut oil in Tahiti, it's used as a hair product!
it's a wonderful conditoner and hair tamer.

any oil you put in your hair will conditon it.
