Not at all. Hippies should be actively encouraged to reproduce. they're the most harmless people on the planet. in fact I may set up a hippy breeding programme. You could visit them in special hippy zoos and see what it's like to live without conflict and worry.

I don't think we can effectively ban them from reproducing, but we should definitely have an open season to cull the herd.
