what is she all ready guilty of?
use that.
like if she smokes pot, plant a bunch of pot in her car then report the car stolen.
there is always check forgery if she is financially unstable.
you could do like in the bourne identity and rob a high profile target while killing a series of cia agents - leaving her fingerprints at the scene. of course you would have to be a highly trained commando to pull that one off.
consider marraige counseling - that might work out for you too.

check it out. if you are good at telling a story (more believable than your wife.) call 911 and blame her for domestic violence. laws work different with domestic violence. it is easy to get some one convicted with no proof. and it destroys their life. up to year in jail but it really hurts because they will never be able to get a real good job with a DV on their record or live in a nice apt if renting. they won't be able to vote or own guns.
