Well the only way to 100% keep any more terrorist from entering our country is to nuke the rest of the world. Probably not the best idea (sarcasm). Barring this however, there is no sure way.
However, we can work with many of other countries (like we are now) and increase security and vigilance. This means tightening our borders. It means screening any and all foreign visitors prior to their boarding any plane or vessel.
Now this won't be the enough by itself. We need to educate our own people and we need to educate people from other countries. You have so so so many radicals spreading their messages of hate. They exist in every country. Therefore, its necessary to spread words of tolerance, and education.
I have heard time and time again that most Americans can not find Saudi Arabia on a map. How many Saudi can find America on a map. For that matter how many of your middle easterners can find the U.S. on a map. Most do not have the basic education given to those in the west. In fact, this is the reason that radicalism is spreading so very fast. When you and your family is starving, and some radical comes promising you a better life/after life you listen. (Exactly like Hitler did in Germany). When you are desperate you will lisen to any madman who has a message of hope no matter how radical that message may be.
In other words we do need to secure our borders, our communities, and our natural resources. However, this will never ever be enough. We need to educate the world (a very tall task indeed). I have written before that education is the silver bullet for almost all of society's issues, and I think it still is.

Deport the 12,000,000 illegals. get rid of the politicians that allowed them in and refuse to deport them. Behead all Muslim terrorists residing in the US - whats is good for the goose is good for the gander. Make English the official language in the US. Shoot to kill all illegals sneaking over the border. Heavily fine all businesses that higher illegals aliens.
How come Latin's living in the US don't object the illegals crossing our borders? How come Muslims do not castigate their terrorist counterparts?

Don't let them in the country in the first place!! We need a strict immigration policy!! Also, employers need to be aware of who they're hiring as employees and report any suspicious people. Look at the 9-11 terroists- there were plenty of red flags such as when they signed up for flight school and said they only wanted to learn how to take off and not to land- and no one was suspicious of that??

we can stop all terrorist coming to our country,if they come through wagh border post.and we can protect our country from terrorist by joining the armed forces in large number.

REFUSE muslims from entering our country. all the time, the terrorosts are always muslims, why do they get offended when we suspect them? only let them in when we are absolutely sure they love our country and dont believe in the terrorist ****.

We willl have 2 killl the filling of jeulious & hatei every human being. Our country should be alert & have 2 live with peacefull with each other. we should not fight within ourselves.

kick the irish and the muslims and kick ireland out of the eu and stop trading with them they will soon run back to the uk. and do the same for the muslims kick them back to saudi. and stop trade with them.
