nope, they are not the same person.
jude law is a womanizer while joaquin phoenix is down to earth guy. i think jude law is from united kingdom while joaquin is from united states. jude law been married and divorce while joaquin is too private and im not sure if he is married. jude law never win us award while joaquin got some award for his performance already. joaquin sibling is all in showbiz, actors and actress.
but both are good, its just their roles are different and tabloid news painted each with their own characteristic.

I don't think they are similar. Joaquin Phoenix is American, Jude Law is British. They don't really look alike. They don't do similar types of movies. Plus, Blondie, you are thinking of River Phoenix, Joaquin's brother. Joaquin is very much alive.
