I am trying to find a funny excerpt by roald dahl. If you know of one can you please tell me which one of his books and what page # is is on(or even, better could you type it out)?
Also, if anyone knows any exerpts that are funny and worth reading, can you please tell me the book and type out the passage?

Here's an excerpt from the story Man from the South. If you've seen the movie Four Rooms, you'll recognize it from the fourth segment, directed by Quentin Tarantino. Don't know if I'd call it funny exactly, but it is an entertaining story.

"Now just let me check up on this bet of yours," he said at last.
"You say we go up to your room and if I make this lighter light ten times running I win a Cadillac. If it misses just once then I forfeit the little finger of my left hand. Is that right?"

By the way, if you liked the movie segment, you'll love the story it was based on. Particularly the ending (which is not like the movie - the bet was just the basis of the movie segment). You can find the story in The Best of Roald Dahl. The stories are like a cross between O. Henry and Stephen King.

You should go to the library and read it yourself. Read everything you can.
