It depends on what kind of depression you mean, from the normal type everyone feels like a relationship break-up, a death of a friend/family member, border-line personality, bi-polar disorder, etcetera.
All I will say is that it is not something that you ever like to go through, because the more you think about somethng, the worse it seems to get, the more the world seems to have turned on you, the more you don't think you can talk to anyone, the more you can't talk about your feelings with anyone, the more you start thinking death would be far easier than being able to live through life etcetera.

You feel tired all of the time. You can't sleep at night but want to sleep all day. You have no energy to do anything hardly. You're moody. You don't think you have anyone in the world that you can rely on. You just don't feel like yourself. If you feel this way you should talk to your doctor. There's nothing to be ashamed about. Everyone is depressed these days.

Depression to me is like being in a black hole with no light. A never ending abyss of anger and regret, with no hope to found anywhere. No matter what anybody would say, are do can change it. I can't get out of bed, don't care about anybody or anything. I just want to leave this world behind, I want to drift into nothingness.

When you are depressed you'll feel like you are dying, your heart stop beating, helpless, your brain stops thinking and its like the end of the world. But, remember, depress only come from within and the root cause is YOU!!

Vulnerable

Crying in the rain,

Never daring gain,

And you sind to file ground,

Never hearing a good sound.

It was time to sink or swim,

But you just were whole drowned,

And by your own soul downed,

So no reason for you to swim.

They’re like candles in the wind²,

Just existent to go out,

Just like a visual adult, kind

Of emotional child, dying out allowed.
