Exercise 2.5 hours everyday.First, your weight will decrease very fast, because your body lose only water.But don't worry, if you keep on exercise for 2.5hours a day, your body'll get use to the changes and instead of losing water, it'll burn fat instead after 3 days. Besides, you have to stay on healthy diet too. Stay meal plan for Breakfast and dinner. For lunch, just eat as much fruits as you can. Next, during your diet, you can't skip eating bread or rice, because our body can ONLY burn the fat when there's carbohydrate around. Of course, you need to balance meal portion on various nutritions. Don't just stick to vege and fruits, it'll do you no effect.Remember, our body cells still need protein when you on diet.

Delia gave you good advice. At your weight though, I doubt you will be able to do 3 miles at first. Try something attainable for now. Start off with maybe 1/2 a mile...do that for a month then try doing a mile....and so on. One of the biggest reasons people don't stick to a method of weight control is that they set their goals too high...so start of slowly, and work your way up.

Try the South Beach Diet. Good for the heart,too.
Drink purified water and stay away from sugared drinks and caffeine. Lessen salt intake.
Buy a work-out video for starters. l'll be buying one this week since l also want to lose weight. My choice is a dance work-out so it'll be fun.

The best way is to cut back on food....you really need to cut back on greasy/fatty foods....you also need to start a walking program.....eat more fruit & vegetables....I dieted....and lost nearly 70 lbs...it's really a decision you have to make for yourself....no one should tell you...this is what you need to do...it's a personal decision....you can do it!!!!!...even if you eat the same...but 1/2 as much....1 egg instead of 2....1/2 sandwich instead of a whole sandwich......just small cutbacks...add up!!!! Good Luck!!!!

Get off your fat butt and stay away from the computer and doughnuts.
Go for a walk at least once a day.
Stop driving to the store to load up on cookies cakes and sodas and snacks.
Walk to the store and buy only what you can carry home with one hand. Primarily, fruits, veggies, chicken and fish.
Repeat daily.
NO MORE MCDONALDS or other fast food.
Walk , walk walk.
Walk to a place with a pool and swim swim swim swim and swim some more, then walk home.
Lay off the diet soda. drink WATER... good old H2o, free, right from the faucet.
Did I mention walking and swimming?

Reduce your intake of carbohydrates.
Don't sleep with a full stomach.
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water.
