Question

so..i want to make my bf a parchment and write down love stuff.since our celebration of love is close.i have a few ideas and quotations.if u know any nice ones u like or if u have ideas bout how to make the parchment..cut it, decorate it..pls help a lil.

What are you making your parchment out of? I've made it out of white construction paper soaked in tea before, and it turned out bea-yew-tiful. It was soaked for a day or two in cold (homemade) tea, and looked great. My parchment paper was also used for the same thing - and my recomendation would be, don't just write quotes- write something especially from your heart. That will make the lovely looking note all the more special - something that comes especially from you. Oh, and when you're done with it - don't fold it, roll it up like a scroll and tie it up with a red ribbon. :)

for some really good "lovey" quotes look on theknot.com. it's a wedding site and they keep lots of poetry on hand.

for the parchment, you want to go buy a really high quality calligraphy pen and just write neatly.

if you're feeling really adventure, before you write on it, dip the entire thing in some tea for a while and then let it dry out, it will give it an old look.

Skin your pet skin and sun it to dry which probably going to take days. Before sun it make sure you stretch it to make it thinner and soft. Sprinkle some detergent to get it rid of the smell.
