I was with my job for 2 months, I had to file harrassment on a coworker, and was moved to a different dept. I was moved to an area that was much more harder then the last place I was. I got sick and was absent one day, and being sick isn't a good idea as I was a temp. and that meant no chances for permanent. So I just walked out of my job, no call no show because i didn't want to deal with anymore stress. Can I still apply for unemployment in california?

I have found the source box to be a good resource for this type of insurance. There are a variety of ways to go about this so I suggest you research some of the companies for their offers.

uuuuhhhh NO! if you are a temp you are not actually working for that company even if they had fired you. You could not collect unemployment. Because you were only a temp and not actually employed by that company. Did you file a grievance with your temp agency about the harassment....and depending on there operating policy, most likely you will be unable to file for unemployment.
