Go to www.bittorrent.com and download and install their software (it's free). Then go to www.torrentspy.com and use their search engine to search for the movie/ TV show/ Music Video you are looking for and click the download button.
The best way to explain a torrent is to think like this:
Imagine 6 people are sitting at a table.
Person 1 is searching for a book,
Person 2 has chapters 1-5, 8, 12, & 15
Person 3 has chapters 7 & 9
Person 4 has chapters 4, 6-8, & 13
Person 5 has chapters 10, 13, & 15
Then person 6 has the complete book
Person 1 will recieve parts of the book from everybody sitting at the table, while the other people are reciveing the parts that they need. As person 1 gains parts of the book he/she is looking for he/she will start trasmiting to the other people at the table the parts they need. The Download/Upload happens at the sametime and is the most efficient way to transer files over the internet.

They have huge libraries of just about anything, from movies to music.
I usually use, torrentspy.com and torrentportal.com.

I guess there's lots of ways. I dwnld rentals thru movielink- http://www.movielink.com . The selection is limited tho. If there's one I want to purchase I will probably try Walmart's dwnld site. They have a much larger selection and most cost less than 10 bucks.

If you want to do it legally, you can use iTunes and Walmart (they just started their video download service a few days ago). If you intend to acquire them by slightly less honest means, you need to learn about bittorrent (just do a Yahoo! or Google search on "bittorrent").
