Simple question ! & no i'm not racist i'm a vato loco just need some insight .. Having a hard time at work with black peaple acting dumb then I call them on it and they act like i'm in the wrong ..

Not all black people are this way (the ones that are, ruin it for the ones that aren't) I have to assume you are just working with some ghetto people.
Why would you call them out on it? That is only going to make trouble, perhaps racial ones at that. Just ignore them, be polite and keep your distance.

Heres; a question! Why do people call it stereotyping when it is percieved reality to you? Because they have been trained to avoid the truth and substitute it with fiction and lies.
Fact is blacks do this and it is because they are really affraid. They do it as a sort of a defense mechanism that they believe keeps others at bay or afraid of them . Fact is it just shows the ignorance and basic low IQ . Immagine that they think being loud and and dramatic will show non-blacks that they are somehow powerfull.
I believe this because I once heard a black neighbor explain this disturbing ridiculous trait to her children and assured them it would make white people fear them. Well I'm here to say that it dosn't work and no one is afraid. It simply shows the antiquated tribal superstitious beliefs that travel even into civilized countries the ridiculous belief that some will believe works in todays society. Society is catching up with these beliefs and showing that they are nothing but peacock shows for those who's IQ is lower than the norm.
Why would someone tell you to "stop stereotyping. thats for stupid people" and then stereotype you? See how ridiculous the defense for diversity is ?

I doubt you are a "vato loco"...but i was on a commuter train with some young blacks, and they were speaking their stupid ebonics really loud, so that everybody would hear them...I guess its so that we know they are there

It's amazing at times how ones who know so little can generalize and put the color black on every single problem that they have! You are a racist and you proved it by the question that you asked. African Americans are no louder than anybody else. Maybe you need to quit your job and find one elsewhere where people don't have to yell.

blacks don't talk any louder than any other race of people. more than likely hte were talking over one another and started to race their voices. so don't try to make it appear that blacks just wake up every morning shouting at the tops of their voices

i don't know. probably something genetic. blacks are know to have higher self esteem and a higher propensity to extroversion.
