Yes. Asian men usually have smaller penises. I needed to learn this when I used to have condom parties and passed out all sorts of fun condoms to people for free. They make special condoms for the more slender penis.
But it's not like they have abnormally small ones. Keep in mind that most men who are Asian are also shorter than the average American male. So the penis is just in proportion with the rest of their body. It would be like expecting double-D breasts on a petite and slender Asian woman. That wouldn't really be in proportion for many Asian women because they are also often shorter and more slender than American women.

If you compared to western guys of course Asians have smaller penis. However among them Southeast Asians have bigger than the orientals. Perhaps it's true that Asians have smaller penis size, but don't forget their cultures are much exotic and even the best food can be found in Asia, look up 50 world's most delicious food by CNNGo. And whose martial arts (Kung Fu, Karate-do, Taekwondo, Muay Thai, Silat etc) get popular fast? It's the Asians.

Probably for other Asians but the only person I know that breaks that stereotype is myself (despite I'm part asian) cause how would I know that? when I shower and take a piss. How would everyone know if asians or any guy has a small dick. if a guy were to say it then they're a homo, as for a girl then she's slutty or low-life. Come on people we need to focus on getting jobs and getting our economy back then worrying about Asian genitals!!!
