I am looking for an inexpensive apartelle in the makati area of philippines. I would like the cost to be around $100 to $300USD or less. Let me know of any places.

Makati is one of the most expensive districts in Manilla. My bro in law lives about 40km outside makati and pays P10,000, $200 a month plus utilities for a tiny one bedroom apartment. I sincerly doubt you'll find anything in that price range. Triple your budget and you might be able to find a decent place there.
If that's really your budget, you need to move south to the visayas or Mindano. Here in Iloilo P15,000, $300 gets you a room in a decent pension house for one month.

Robelle apartelle isn't new but is decent enough. located along JP Rizal street, near city hall. a day costs around 16-25 USD. (632)8997388

Probably anywhere. apartments (even in Metro Manila run somewhere between 10 and 25 thousand peso. for your info, $100 is now around 48 thousand Peso.
