No you can not "run out" of sperm. Your testicles are always reproducing more and more sperm everyday. it doesn't stop. Dude i am in 8th grade and i know this how do you not know this?!?! But a guy wearing tight pants does kill off more sperm and makes it harder for your testicles to reproduce sperm.
so dont wear tight pants and you will be fine.
but seriously you didn't know that? ur a guy... omg.

Since I have kids I know I cant "out run" sperm.

The seminiferous tubules produce 50,000 sperm each min. Running out is generally not a problem.

no if you are health without sickness. Your sperm count will only drop when you reach the age of 40 onwards.

yea a young guy can shoot like 3 times best in one hour
a older guy can only shoot 2 times in 1 hour
a really old guy can only shoot 1 time in a month
