To win the trophy you need a score of 1586.
My best tips for this game are to play on a slow computer using Opera or Mozilla Firefox and play on the largest size possible to have your window at maximum size and make the green bar more visible.

Sink the Three:
Use a slow computer because the green bar will go up slower. Also if you have Mozilla Firefox you can right click on the mouse and zoom into the green bar where you're aiming.
