In Chemistry it is always important to do your dimensional analysis. What this question reads is:
g over cubic cm multiplied by cubic cm over 1.
>>>This means that the cubic cm over 1 cancels out the 1 over cubic cm. Leaving you with grams as your remaining unit. This is because any number (or unit) over itself equals 1.

Decide what you want the final units to be in.
Use the Unit Factor method to cancel the unwanted units.
If you want the answer in cm. Then convert 25mm to cm first. Move the decimal point to the left once. To get 2.5cm. You can check this on the metric ruler or scale.
Or you can just use the unit factor method.
25mm * 10mm/1cm = 2.5cm. Cancel the untis you don't wan't In this case mm.
Now you can find the volume. 2.5cm * 1.8cm * 3.00cm = 13.5cm^3. You already have mass 2.53g. Density = Mass/Volume. D= 2.53g/13.5cm^3 = 0.187. Mass = Density/Volume.

Density times Volume = Mass becuase if you use the multiplication property of equality by dividing both sides by volume you get Density= Mass/Volume which we know to be correct so therefore Mass= Density Times Volume

Just Multiply:
2.53 times 0.25 cm (25 mm = 0.25 cm) times 1.80cm times 3.00 cm to get grams (A regular calculator will do it, no need fopr a scientific one). You see it? 0.25x1.80x3.00 in the volume in cm3.
