I could not find them in Rec. Bin. Are they gone forever? Where are they?

Sorry, they're gone. Since your USB Flash Drive is a separate hard disk from your computer, deleted files don't go into the Recycle Bin, they are just deleted.

Actually it may have created a recycle bin on the flash drive, if not it should be in the recycle bin of the PC of where deleted them off the flash drive.
