If indeed it is cysts and not SIS as you have put then these are extremely common. Each month a woman will have a "cyst" on her ovary which will then produce a follicle which in turn will release the egg, when they are in multiples it is known as polycystic ovaries or PCOS. These cysts are generally harmless and wont be removed unless they are interferring will reproduction or unless they get to be above 1cm. PCOS can casue acne weightgain hirsuitism ( excessive hairyness) and lack of periods,
The cysts can cause some pain if they burst.

Other types of cysts which are common on the ovaries are called dermoid cysts. Theses cysts are generally larger and can contain teeth and hair. Again these are harmless.
Without knowing more about why you had the scan that revealed the problem its difficult to go any further

been there had that. it's like a sack of pus or something like that anyways sitting on your ovaries. 2 years ago i had a cyst removed from my right ovary. it's very painful and if you have major pain when you get your period so bad you can't even move, go to the hospital.

doctor told daughter had cysts on ovaries been real sick vomiting real bad pain in left side and back emergency said need go to a obgyn doctor can this be fixed without surgery in lot of pain

they are cyst asnd you need to see your obgyn they can trest them depending on the size the can shrink or remove them. if they are not causing you any problem or before it developes into someting serious see your doctor
