I am a stay at home mom and I need to find an accredited school that I can take an online course for real estate appraisal. Does anyone have a good suggestion?

I used this one, as well as several other appraisers I know ... fairly flexible and easy to work with. I started when I had just had my son 4 years ago, I love it! Good Luck!

I'm pretty sure you need to go through the basic real estate courses and tests first before taking classes to be an appraiser.

i take real estate appraisal course from PCDI, its only like 600$ canadian and at home ...... belive me - worth looking into. im doing it right now and u just learn ALOT. id look into it if i were u
