There are some creative ways to help improve the air quality a little bit at home:
- Make sure your furniture and clothings do not block the main passage way between the main openings (doors and windows) in your house
- Avoid shutting the doors and windows where possible. Use doors with air slots to aide in ventilation
- Put more plants in the house and along the corridor where they do not impede the flow of air currents.
- Install ceiling fans. They don't cause nearly as much as air-cons and coolers
- Check that your electric appliances (like big tv in the hall way) is not generating too much heat. You may want to consider replacing them
- Avoid eat onions and food that causes flatulence (just kidding)

As John W reported, more effective ventilation is perchance the superb plan of action you are able to take for convalescing your position's air high quality. as well to this, i'd propose comparing all commonplace contaminants interior the abode: air fresheners, cleaners, furniture, carpeting, etc and evaluate replacing them with fit, non-poisonous alternatives. this may quite make a large difference. also, i'd use an air purifier with a HEPA clear out. those instruments can get rid of very nice (microscopic) debris that are frequently the reason behind allergies and different respiration complications. i purchased an air purifier 3 years in the past from sparkling Air Plus and because then, my abode's air high quality is a lot extra effective. as well, i do not seem to get colds/flus like I used to. All in all, i'd commence with increasing your ventilation, and if that improves issues, you may not prefer to do something else. good success!
