All fishes have kidneys. The unit of kidney is nephron. Most fish kidney is mesonephros. Unlike human kidney the nephron of fish kidney does not have loop of Henle. Fish kidney is meant for filtration of blood. It removes urea from the blood. Fish kidney does not work for water retention as is the case with human kidney.
In sharks the kidneys are long ribbon like structure lying in the dorsal part of the body cavity. Most fish are ureotelice and some are ammonotelic as well.

Yes they do.

Man and fish share such organs as the brain, stomach, liver, and kidneys. Other organs appear in different forms in different organisms; for example, the lungs in humans and the gills in fish are very different but both provide the same basic function of respiration.

Yes, fish have kidneys to filter the blood. The waste is sent to the cloaca, which is a bladder that gathers both solid and liquid waste before expelling it from the body. Cloacas are found in fish, reptiles and birds.
