Where do apple juice come from? In terms of where is come from inside the apple cells and what is it? Is it the cytoplasm of the apple cell?

apple juice comes from the mixture of water, sucrose, glucose and fructose trapped between the apple's cells.. the cytoplasm of plants like apples aren't destroyed by biting or other mechanical action but destroyed by chemical action of your enzymes such as amylase.. hope this helps..
