Yes we can, however, I have heard from friends who had implants over the muscle that it was difficult, mine are under the muscle and I had absolutely no problems, I nursed my son for 8 months.

Yep! Even if the saline did seep into the milk, it is an inert substance, with no harmful effects on mother or baby.

Unless the surgery damaged the mammary glands (which is rare) then there is no reason that they can't. They lactate normally.
