anyone who works has to be covered by worksafe B.C.
Age has nothing to do with it.
If the employer was paying her under the table and not through payroll, the injured worker can sue for damages.

A person over age 65 can work longer if the employer agrees and there is not a Labour contract (union) stating otherwise.
