i have spy bot and ad aware and AVG and Prevx 1 but i want a better Ani Spyware so could someone tell me some good programs? that are preferably free

A really good program that's free (although you can also get a pay version), is called "Advanced Windows Care 2" and you can read about it, and download the free version at the below link. It's really a terrific piece of software. Hope this helps.

You should always use more than one. No single program gets everything.
I use "Windows Defender" (free from Microsoft), "Ad-Aware" (free), and "Spybot Search & Destroy" (also free).
Just google each one, and you'll find a free download site for each.
