chocolate!!!!.


hehe it alwayss works for me!

and i go running everyother night and do sit ups push ups and crunchess. but i work really hard to stay in shape.. Bananas help with cramps, chocolate is comfort food, running helps u feel thinner. =D woo hoo!

Go for regular runs at least five times a week. Give it several months. All pre-menstrual problems will disappear.
